We offer a unique, one of a kind place to relax and have a good meal alone or with friends. Custom built by the owner from local wood, The Tavern offers a warmth that is not often experienced in a dining experience. We strive to make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. I had the best steak ever served in Eastern NC. The Twiced Baked potato was above reproach. I had the Clam Chowder and it beyond this world.Nice selection of beers and wine. The butter garlic rolls where heavenly.

Sailing through, happened across this very friendly place, with great food and a welcoming staff. I give it 6 stars. I got the Thanksgiving special, and relished every bite, and washed it down with a few delicious bloody Mary's.
